As a KUB customer, you can manage your account through KUB's website or mobile applications. Below are answers to common questions about managing your account.

How do I manage my account through KUB's website or mobile apps? 

Good news! The setup process to manage your account through KUB's website and its mobile applications is one in the same. If you have a KUB account and have not yet registered online: 

  • Visit
  • Choose "Create Login"
  • Confirm your identity with your KUB account number, billing zip code, and the last four digits of your social security/tax ID number
  • Enter and confirm your email address
  • Create a username and password

The user name and password you create in this process will work at and in KUB's mobile apps.

What if I forget my user name or password?

  • Visit
  • Choose "Forgot Username or Password"
  • Provide the primary email address associated with your KUB account 
  • Choose "RESET MY PASSWORD" or "Send My User Name"

Can I use my email address to log in? 

If you have one KUB account, you can use your email address to log in. 

If you have more than one KUB account, you will need to use your user name to log in. 

How do I change my user name?

To change your user name, call KUB Customer Service at 865-524-2911.

What browsers are supported? 

All modern browsers are supported, including Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Safari. Older browsers such as Internet Explorer are no longer updated or secured.
