Your bill has a new design that is easier to read and provides information to help you be more efficient and better understand your usage.
Are there any changes to the way I pay my bill?
No, you can still pay your bill the same way. The only change is the way the bill looks.
The new bill's usage charts are different. What has changed?
Like the previous bill design, the new bill design features usage charts for each service. You can see your current month's usage and your usage one year ago in the same month. Your new bill also shows you last month's usage, as well as your usage in that month the previous year. This, along with the information in the weather and billing cycle information in the “highlights” section of your bill, provide more insight into your usage.
