KUB's Wastewater System: Commitment to Quality and Safety
KUB is dedicated to preserving East Tennessee's waterways and their natural beauty, while also serving customers through reliable, safe, and high-quality wastewater collection and treatment.
KUB's wastewater system is made up of 243 square miles, with over 1,300 miles of service mains. The network includes these pipes, manholes, and equipment to transport wastewater away from homes and businesses. Four KUB plants are able to treat nearly 15 billion gallons of water annually, with an approximate average flow of over 40 million gallons a day.
