PrePay

KUB’s PrePay Billing option allows customers to pay their bill on their schedule.

PrePay allows customers to pay for their utility services before they use them. Customers deposit funds into their KUB account and are given regular updates on their balance.

Enrollment 

Please call 865-524-2911 to speak with a Customer Service Representative or visit a customer service center to enroll in PrePay.

New customers are required to complete an I.D. check only. KUB will not require a credit check to start PrePay services.
