Please have your customer account number ready. Call 865-524-2911 and select the appropriate self-service option from the menu. Our automated system supports both speech and Touch-Tone entry, and is available in both English and Spanish.

Call any time to report leaks, outages, or other emergencies. When the automated voice recording begins:
- Natural gas leak/emergency - press 1
- Electric outage/emergency - press 2-1
- Gas outage - press 2-2
- Water or wastewater outage/emergency - press 2-3

KUB’s automated phone system provides 24-hour access to your account balance, payment options, and final notice due date extension. Call 865-524-2911 or 1-800-250-8068 and follow the prompts. Please have your KUB account number available.
