Our customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. to assist you with billing inquiries, service orders, or questions. Please have your customer account number ready. Call 865-524-2911 and select the appropriate self-service option from the menu. Our automated system supports both speech and Touch-Tone entry, and is available in both English and Spanish.

Call any time to report leaks, outages, or other emergencies. When the automated voice recording begins:

  • Natural gas leak/emergency - press 1
  • Electric outage/emergency - press 2-2
  • Water emergency - press 2-3
  • Wastewater emergency - press 2-4
