SelectPay

SelectPay, KUB’s free bank draft option, allows you to have your utility payment drafted from your bank or credit union account on demand.

By signing up for SelectPay, you may:

• Decide each month if you want to draft your payment or use another method
• Choose to pay the entire amount at one time or pay a portion one day and the rest later
• Select the date your payment will draft by paying online or calling KUB’s Automated Phone System

To use SelectPay, register or log in to use the My Account features and you can make a no-fee payment today. You may also use the form on the back of your bill.

Once enrolled, you may use SelectPay online. Or you can call KUB’s Automated Phone System at (865) 524-2911 and select Billing - Payment (Touch-Tone options 3 -2), then enter your account number and choose SelectPay(Touch-Tone option 2).
