Visiting the Procurement Department

All visitors to KUB's Procurement Department must check in with the guard at the Middlebrook Pike entrance and obtain a visitor's pass. The office is open Monday through Friday (holidays excluded) from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. If possible, visitors are requested to make appointments at least one day in advance. If needed, handicapped access is available at the main door of the Procurement Department.

KUB Bid Process Details

The Knoxville Utilities Board will receive and publicly open proposals or electronic proposals in the Procurement Department, 4505 Middlebrook Pike, Knoxville, Tennessee 37921.

Subject to the instructions, conditions, specifications, Addenda, and any other elements of this Request for Proposal, including those incorporated by reference.

Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to:

The outside of the sealed box / container / envelopes containing the response shall be marked with Proposal Title, Proposal Due Date and Proposal Number as described above.

NOTE: If indicated as an electronic bid on www.bidsync.com, bids may be submitted electronically by the Proposal Due Date and Time. Bidder shall receive an auto response via BidSync in a reasonable time frame.
